What's a better Windows Registry Cleanup Program for WinXP?

I am using WinDoctor from Norton Utilites 2002 to clean up and fix it but I can't say if it is the best...I am running W2K
 
I use RegCleaner by Juoni Vuorio of Finland. It is safe, effective, and highly rated by PC Magazine in their 10th Annual Utility Guide. I have been using it for about 2 years now with absolutely no problems. Get it at www.jv16.org.
