Whats a better Notebook processor - POLE!!

If these very basic notebooks are the same otherwise (Price, RAM, HDD, screen, etc) which is the better deal?

This is just for a very basic, entry level notebook. Power use isn't a real biggie as it will probably be plugged in a fair amount.. but *might* be a consideration if one is much, much better than the other.

Celeron will *probably* give better battery life, while the Sempron will give better performance under most circumstances.

I've seen Celeron M's come with 2mb cache, effortless for Intel...

Who would sacrafice 2mb of cache for 256kb of cache? Anyone?
 
It all depends on your usage - for mobility and work - Celery! Battery life is more important than performance if you work for a living. 🙂
 
Battery life= Intel.

I'll probablygo with Intel on notebooks unless you want something like a desktop replacement on the go.

P.S. Also, change the spelling of 'POLE' to 'POLL'.....
