Any thoughts on 939 mobos. Which do you think is the most stable?, and the least trouble to build? I Want to put together a system for the least money. Since 939 is being replaced with AM2 I want to get the bargains when prices drop. Also I want to run a raid 0 configuration. Thanks

I have a similar question so I thought I'd ask here.

I'm building a new socket 939 AMD system. I don't want SLI or Crossfire. I highly doubt I'll overclock at all, but if I do it will be very modest.

I only care about reliability and ease of installation. What would be the best board for me?

best non sli board out that does everything well is the asus a8n-e.after owning 4 other boards this one is top of the list.mature bios ,great layout, good o/clocker,stable as a rock.i just love mine.not picky with hardware either.

What other boards? Any of them a DFI (which doesn't like corsair ram so that could have been your problem). I'll take a look at that asus, your the second guy who reconmended that! DFI has the best boards imo but they are not neccessarily easy to setup (they are with the right parts). For ease I would go with asus or epox.

for a normal non-overclocker who doesn't game much, i prefer the asus a8n-vm-csm. it's got lots of features, including onboard gforce graphics w/ dvi out.
