Whatever happened to the lawsuit vs PNY for it's "Lifetime Warrenty" change?

It went from 'Lifetime Warrenty' to 'Lifetime Warrenty of the product on the market' a couple of years after the gf4 4200 came out.

THought there was a lawsuit against them for this bad faith change???

I dunno but I bought a Ti4600 from them and it died recently.

yup.. leaky caps = REALLY hot (in addition to video problems)
