Whatever happened to the Iwill P4HT-S?

This board is/was the SATA-enabled version of the Iwill P4HT. Was it ever even on the market? I'd been looking for it for a couple months, and have seen reviews of it that are several months old, but it's as if it totally left the market or was simply never introduced. Can these be purchased anywhere in the US?
