Whatever happened to streaking???

Nope - I'm not and probably never will be a streaker. But I have this nagging sense that I've missed something in life by having never seen a streaker. What happened between the 70's and now that caused streaking to go away? If anyone here has ever streaked, what's your story?

True, but I guess I have this sad feeling that I missed the golden age of streaking, like when people did it on live newscasts all the time.

I've never seen it on any of my local newscasts but I did see a video capture from a Washington station. The reporter's reaction was a riot.
 
The thought of 17 year old fat nerds running naked through the street is enough to scar the minds of middle america.

So while I would like to see streaking get back in style I really don't think this is the group we want to start it.

My neighborhood threw a block party 6 months before I moved in and a guy was streaking through the hood with nothing but a viking hat on.
 
My parents tell the tales of skiing and seeing other people skiing naked... that would freaking hurt if you fell down!

I don't think streaking should be revived, if you want naked people just go to the beaches in Europe

in order to see streakers you just have to have a guy (or guys) in your circle of friends that is that guy who takes his pants off when he gets drunk. they're all over the place.

I'm sure you guys have seen this video where this (pretty hot) blonde chick streaking through a soccer game and somehow managed to smack the ball in.. from quite a distance too

Not sure if that's staged but it was funny as hell 😀
