Whatever happened to MS Comic Chat?

I remember using it a couple of years back and am now wondering what happened to it... is it still around?
 
Strange, I can't find anything on Microsoft's website (download section). Hrmm, for those that don't know, it was a chatroom where people would select avatars/characters and then in a comic strip fashion talk to others. You were also allowed to change your facial expression and I think even body gesture, though I might be incorrect about the latter.
