I think he was banned a long time ago, but I don't remember it being permanent. Anyone kept in contact with him?

Yeah, I remember talking cars with him for years. I miss the guy.

I didn't know he was banned (or maybe I just forgot). Hard to believe since he didn't seem like the type to cross paths with the mods. All I remember is his truck and his mostly informative posts in car thread.

I've started to remember that he might have said some type of racist -- or at least the mods though it was racist -- comment. I need to find his comment and e-mail him.

Mods, if you are reading this thread, was he ever unbanned?
