Hey its been a while since i updated my site but now its back up and even better....while your there PLEASE sign up for the forums and post in them i want to try and get a lot of traffic or atleast some to it....well here it is... My Site LMK what you guys think!!!
 
maybe you can do something with the colors..

other than that they layout seems nice and simple
easy to navigate through

You need to ditch the background, add padding to your tables, and pictures that are 350x400 should NOT be 250K+

The page is ugly and generic looking. It looks like every other "I have some run of the mil lfree CMS and a custom theme" site, but with uglier colors.
 
Blue is too vibrant... takes you eye away from the text and make it almost impossible to read anything.

Also, you need some padding on those table cells as the text is butting right upto the edges of the cells. I'd say 5 pixels would be enough.

I think it's funny that you capitalize the word "God" but leave all your friends' names in lowercase letters.

Yeah, it looks pretty generic. Fix that.
 
Hey, I'm sure ATOT would like my site (see sig). It's XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant, and it's not overly 'blue!'
 
1. The text in the center of the page where announcements are made should not be flush with left and right sides of the cell.
2. Lose the background in the center of the page.
3. To much blue, page theme on the whole is too dark and depressing.
4. If you are to provide a service then why is your services on the left side not on the top of your menu system.
5. Lose the personal entries in the middle(move them to another page). They detract from professionalism.
