& in general are MSI is a good company in Motherboard ?or what

They are okay. They make new motherboards all the time.

They are a respectable company along with ASUS.
 
I have one in my rig. right now. the board Cranks. its excellent for overclocking. Go to Toms Hardware and read his power box article its what I based my pc on. All the nessary components you need to build your own or similar powerhouse pc is in that article. it uses the msi k7 master 6341 board
