hard day of skiing up in taos ski valley and then a big plate of green chili fries and a bowl of green chili stew. that was good stuff. also the chili relleno was bad arse. i ate soo much green chili in my week in that town last year... and it was sooo good.

Yeah it soo good. I live here in New Mexico. Me and my wife buy a 30lb sack of New Mexico chili each Sept. It just tastes so damn good with everyting. We usually run out by summer time.

Next time you'll have to come back to Taos with your buds. Ski and enjoy the food.

I got several recipies from Linuxboy here on the forums that were simply amazing, I think they'd be classified as Ukranian. I also love most asain food, Thai and Japanese the most. (Korean is hit or miss) Greek is good, Mexican, Italian, and the norm are all good. East coast BBQ is awesome as well.
