Picked one up today, kinda shocked myself. 2 Weeks ago it was a stupid Lightscribe DVD drive, today a PSP. HP & Sony arer companies I always stay away from, oh well...
anyways I played with it most of the day and I'm seeing what I don't like about it already.
the headphones that come with it are god aweful, they feel like they could break at any second (way too light) and after 20 seconds in my ears, my ears felt like they were being invaded by those bugs from that Star Trek movie. I don't expect stellar sound quality, but damn these things are just uncomfortable as hell, or is it just me??
I like the mp3 playing, I like the photo viewer, I wish there was an option to have music for a slideshow. Not a biggie I guess, and probably something that might be added down the road.
the UMD thing is cool, I don't see why Sony just couldn't have used the Micro-DVD format. UMD = Universal Media Disc. Haha Universal? Maybe for Sony products. I'll bet any amount of money either nobody else cares about UMD enough to liscens it, or Sony is just too stubborn to let any other company use the format.
Last issue, the speakers don't sound that loud, not being picky here really. But my Cell phone's close to as clear, and way louder.
