A guy who has that sort of money would probably 1) Understand that taking out a mortgage on your house for a car is bad and 2) It's spelled lien.they are going to place a lean on my house

I wanted to put these .02 in the earlier thread, but here goes.
In his pix with two cars, he's facing the neon, which is probably more likely his car (If I own a viper, I'd proudly take pix with my ass in the driver's seat). All the pix that he shows, none of them has his pix in it, accept for the first pix, with the two cars. If he can't afford a fcuking apartment/townhouse, how teh fcuk he's gonna buy a Viper, I don't know where this kid's from, but it sure isn't Kalifornia, so those apartments couldn't be that much. And even so, they wouldn't put a "lien" on something that he didn't pay for to finance him another large debt.
Besides that trunk pix, which if you have a generous friend or some one that owns a Viper, they'll let you take pix. If he doesn't have credits, and unverifiable income, good luck trying to get a fcuking loan for a Civic. Last I check, this still is America, and we run on credits.Originally posted by: alkemyst
I think you need to look again...he is in the trunk of it in one pic. How did he say he can't afford the apartment/townhouse...he said he hoped he could still. It's usually a big car payment nowadays is equal or more than some mortgages, esp if doing 2-3 year pay offs. California is not the only place where apartments/condos are outrageous...we have quite a few <1000 sq ft studios in palm beach at $250k+++++ I don't think you read it all right. If he puts a big enough down on it, then he wouldn't need the "lean" now would he ?Originally posted by: alkemyst
Last I checked you put a big enough down payment on anything, the bank isn't going to care. If you have real-estate to secure a purchase, same deal.
