agp bus stock:75
agp bus oc:90

have changed stock passive cooler to homemade 60mm fan on top of it!

should mem go up it seems to have large obstructing blocks and wierd stuff happens aka
i have artifacts when i up it at this 407 core speed is it the 64 bit memory

can i unlock pipes or anything on this
is my whole setup bout to fry?

people have said my benchmarks are about as same as their stock 9600 n 9600xt's

so do i have a very reliable vid card or what?

What do you mean by "agp bus stock/oc?" Did you actually do what I think you did, and oc the agp bus on your mobo from it's default 66mhz? That will not bring you any performance increase, I'm surprised the thing runs at all. Increasing the agp bus speed often leads to system instability or maybe worse...

of course i oced it i get like 5 more fps with it oced oh it is 66 aint it wow hmm that is a big oc anyway its been runnin stable for months maybe my board doesnt support it and just gives me a number i can make go up and down and maybe i just thought their was a 5fps increase

IMO, there is little chance of you getting anywhere near the performance of the 128bit 9600's.

Remember that going from 4X to 8X AGP added exactly zero performance benefits.

I've seen plenty of benches on sites like digit-life.

They're horrifically slow. The 64-bit memory interface just cripples the card.

Benches...

Doesn't look good - it's slower than a gf6200 and a radeon 9550. I vaguely recollect the 9600se being almost identical to a radeon 9000 or something similar.

im runnin it on bf2 hahah seema to run pretty good on low to medium (med on 1 player)
im trying to upgrade to a 6800 and then unlock that to 6800 ultra OR AT LEAST GT

The 9600SE is identical to a 9600 except it has a 64bit memory interface which hurts.

I get 422/211(422DDR) stable without any anomalies up stock from 325/200 (400DDR), its fine but its too old and too slow for current games, coupled with a 3.1 Northwood P4, a GB of DDR400 ram I get damn good framerates at F.E.A.R., medium settings, no shadows, no AA, no AF, no high end features, 800x600. Quake 4 I get comfortable rates at 1024x768, medium settings, shadows off (this was after tweaking the hell out of it though), Call of Duty 2 also runs surprisingly good (for me) at 1024x768, 2XAA, DX7, no shadows, textures set to automatic.

Of course, good and comfortable for me mean 20-30fps, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 7800GS.
