What ya'll eat for dinner today?

Not sure about that combination, but it has bacon, so I approve.

I ate left overs from Olive Garden, basically pork loin + pasta stuff with cheese in a white wine sauce.

picked up some indian food, has been a long time since i've had any

this naan is delish

I LOVE indian food.. My only problem was that the last time I went to one of the "ghetto" sorta indian restaurant,, I had to get a new jacket.. :| tried washing it 3 times

Just cooked some ham. Had a few pieces, decided it was too salty, so I fed it to the dogs and cats. Now... I go hungry.

Whaa.a.a.a.a If i could afford ham.. U rich people and ur pets. :|

Huh? Among meats, ham is pretty damn cheap. Ironically, dog bones at my local grocery store are more per pound than ham.

Got a big hunk of leftover roast simmering in a small pot of water now. Gonna have homemade beef soup for lunch tomorrow.

I made a slow cooker beef stew yesterday. I thought I had ruined it by improvising and throwing some cooked bacon that I chopped up in there. Sounded like a good idea at the time, but when it finished up around 8pm last night it tasted like motor oil and a bit too salty. I set it outside (20F) until midnight and then threw it in the fridge. This morning yanked off all congealed fat along with some meat and veggies at the top. I reheated the veggies and meat in the microwave on a plate to de-fat them then added them back to the stew. Suddenly I'm a genius.

some type of pasta that was stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach and prosciutto and a nice creamy cheese sauce. Had some minestrone before that, all of it was really delicious, it was all accompanied by a nice red wine. Dessert was this pastry stuffed with chocolate and cheese cake and a caramel type thing on it. It was awesome.

I made fried rice with Chinese barbecued pork, lettuce green and white onions, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, soy, fish sauce, chicken bullion, eggs, garlic and Basmati rice.
