What XP services are required for FTP via "Add Network Place"?

I've disabled a bunch of services and not exactly sure which one enables me to go through an FTP site added via "Add Network Place." I was able to add the site but when I try and open it, I get a blank page. Works fine on another computer which I haven't messed with the services.
