I think my TNT2 is overheating..the longer it stays on the more lines I get across the screen..I know its the video card as I have put others in and it doesn't have the lines on the screen. So I removed the heatsink and cleaned all the gunk off it and have attached a fan to..but now what do I use to reattach to the video chip? Is there a some kind of thermal glue? Can I mix some super glue with thermal compound?

or... u could use super glue at the corners and artic silver in the middle...BUT watch out, i tried that on my matrox g200 and a year later, i found the HSF was barely hanging on, seems super glue doesn't like heat... go with the artic silver adhesive, expensive but worth it, at least to me
hopes this helps
