If it were up to me, I would make it mandatory that a person that was to be put to death have their last meal be their own foot.

I 100% disagree with the current methods of execution. I believe that the person should have a choice. Personally, I would want a firing squad (the quickest method).
 
I would get some grill chicken breasts, pork loin, and a juicy prime steak. Then some orange juice.
 
Prime rib, medium rare; terryaki marinated tri-tip; borscht; orange juice; Heineken; pierogi; cookies and cream ice cream; hash browns; pelmini; whatever else
 
rare aged porterhouse, bacon wrapped scallops, creamed spinach, and water (I am watching my weight)

man... that imagery made me so hungry I can kill someone...

Haha I was just thinking that too, how much I'd love some of that stuff. Then I thought how stupid it would be of someone to go out and kill someone to get sentenced to death just to have that meal when they could probably rob a place and go buy it themselves and get a less harsh sentence.

In TX and a few other states you *DO* have a choice, including the chair, firing squad, and in a few places, hanging can still be requested (and has been recently in Washington)
