what would you recommend for tv out???

my girlfirend has a school presentation that she has to do and she needs to be able to show web pages from her computer in a classroom settting. i was thinking of trying to find her a PCI video card with t.v. out. Her computer only has 32meg of ram on it right now, and i think it has a 200Mhz processor. So based on that what would you recommend for decent quality video, i need to be able to see text on the screen, either that or anyone know of any good projectors with video out on them that would allow her to do what we are looking for? we would also like to keep it around 200 dollars willing to go up to 300 dollars if it will get us a good quality picture though, but if we can get something with the same quality a little cheaper that would be an even bigger bonus. because we would like to be able to use the grant money she got to be able to supply a couple other of the computers in the school with the same type of cards.

It sounds like an external scan converter is what you need. It's a device that connects to the VGA output of your computer and converts it to a TV signal. It will work with any computer - old, new, PC, Mac, etc.

You could try to send a Personal Message to my friend RobsTV on these forums, he uses a scan converter all the time and is up to date on the latest models and their capabilities. He also usually posts into threads like this one. You could also do a search on the forums here for "scan converter", there are many, many threads on that topic.
