What would you pick If you could customize the sound of your vehicle and it's horn,

Coconuts for slow moving vehicle noise and goat sound for horn for me.

It's funny how nobody wanted the law mandated EV noise maker and people were happy their older Tesla cars didn't have the low speed speakers. And the new Tesla car owners wanted to disconnect the device so it wouldn't make the noise. Now that Elon said you're going to have all these custom horn sounds, everyone wants it now. People are asking if their older Tesla cars without the hardware can be retrofitted so it can also make the noise. :D

For horn, emergency siren. If anything is going to get the idiots in front of you out of the way, that has the best chance.

For the rest of the time I'd want the car to play the ice cream truck jingle so kids would be disappointed wherever I go.

"Get-the-F-out-of-the-left-lane" would be my preferred horn.

Train horn would be an okay alternative.

For horn, the horn of Rohan

For engine, multiple horses galloping.

If I drove an EV, the sound of a huge diesel engine would be pretty funny. Have a huge tail pipe that also makes sound.

Friend of mine once hooked up one of those little plastic-box battery powered things with 4 sound buttons to an electric bullhorn speaker mounted behind his grill. We especially used to enjoy dropping little bombs on hapless pedestrians and the machine-gun sound was fun too.

I'd sorta like a Godzilla-roar for a horn on my Honda! :D

There has to be a recognized standard sound, otherwise it won't register on peoples' brains as danger/protest signal.

Everyone wants an authoritative MOOOVE horn.

I upgraded my puny stock horn to something more respectable, but it's still generic auto horn.

I was also thinking steam whistle. ...but I'd want a real steam whistle: like a dedicated small steam engine installed in the car, just to run the whistle. Not sure how long it would take to activate from start, but it would be worth it.

On a related note:
I'd really like a new beep option for the typical PC mobo speaker.

Or *a* beep. So many mobos don't even have the speaker anymore. Quite annoying. I have a "floater" one that I will plug in to troubleshoot but it would be nice if it was just always available. I guess that is more the case fault than motherboards as it's up to the case to provide it.

Jetsons flying car sound.

...or the foot-powered Flintstones car sound.

...or, if playback speed is tied to vehicle speed, this sound from the SNES version of Super Mario World 2 Yoshi's Island:

How could I forget this?

A loop of Danny Elfman's "Pee-wee's Big Adventure" bike ride theme complete with sounds of Pee-wee's unstifled glee, impulsive loudspeaker calls, and automatic "I meant to do that" on airbag deployment

Horn'll have to be "Why don't you take a picture? It'll last longer." for all the funny looks I'll be getting
...or the foot-powered Flintstones car sound.

This would be awesome.

Price Is Right has another one appropriate for driving up icy hills and European sight-seeing

Make sure you come to a complete stop before rolling that window down. Be extra-careful when moving from the payment window to the pick-up window!

I retrofitted my latest mobo with a speaker, because I missed the auditory feedback. Someone needs to get creative with the tone though, AFAIC. Pull a Tesla on us. As far as I'm aware every one on the market sounds practically the same.

classic style ship's foghorn for the horn.
Coconut noise is perfect for slow speed motion!!!!
Faster speeds, would be great it if sounded like the incredible and amazing Toyota TS010!
