Good point. Well the only contract is what is stated on the site, and there is noting stating the child will keep that name, or if it will even be their first name. They could name her whatever they wanted, Hollie, and then ebay name, be it ü or Anandtech Moderator, then their surname. Ha, what a way to make money.
