In that case, probably the san diego and the GT. The 1mb cache will help.

X800XL is a pretty close competitor to the 6800GT, with the 6800GT getting a boost in games that require shadows (see Doom 3). Problem is, it doesn't overclock that well.

First combo should be a better choice if you're not overclocking.
