I sold something on the fs board and the guy paid via paypal. However the same day I accidently broke something and I have tried contacting him to let him know and to ask how he wants me to resolve it whether replacing the part of giving him the money for it. I have sent several pm's asking for him to reply and I have also asked fo rhis number. I am thinking of sending his money pay through paypal, what would you do?
 
First, I would post this in FS/FT so that the person in question may notice it, and so that the community recognizes that you're not a troll.

Second, I would refund his money, that's probably the safest bet.
 
I think I will, I hate to send this item with a piece broke. Is there anywayto tel if a pm I sent has been read?
