this question came to mind because I was browsing some sites that keep me entertained and I see so many videos of young girls stripping in front of her comp...
 
Talk to her and ask her what she was doing and why. Take away the internet connection. Take away the camera. She can have the computer, but I might lock her out of almost everything but Word and Paint.

I would see who was on the other end, then drive over to the little bastards house and ring his neck, then I would do most of what has been suggested above.
 
ALL ports aside from browsing the internet would be blocked on my router. I would install a keylogger and monitoring software so I could see EXACTLY what she was doing.
