Scenario goes took a certification exam, passed it, but only by the most minute of margin...i think 75% was passing and i got a 78%...certificate i got says nothing about the score...just i did pass. So should i feel guilty and take the test again or just go with it and say "yep, I passed"?

You passed. If you interview and someone asks, just say you don't remember your particular score. No one cares. THe guy who graduates at the bottom of his med school class is still called a doctor, and they work on people - not computers

I heard from a friend's neighbor who's an IT guy that the test scores can actually be looked up by the employer. Can anyone confirm this?

I don't think there are employeers out there who care enough to check your exam score unless your going to work for the company that the exam pertains too (i.e. Cisco, MS, Sun, etc.)
