No, no work that NEEDS to be done. I'm paid hourly... We get paid for 40 hour/week and no more even though we work on weekends. As for timecards... we take turns filling each other's out, we always fill out that we worked 40 hours.Originally posted by: FoBoT

I work overnights (no bosses and usually pretty slow). It pisses me off when my coworkers show up late, leave early, take hour-long food breaks, or sleep at their desks. Like I said, you're being paid to be there. You don't need to work your fingers to the bone or anything, but since you're getting paid, you could at least stay for the hours you're getting paid for.
