What would you do with my old camputer?

I finally upgraded my computer to something from this decade....

But I still have the old one. What would you do with this, assuming you have very little money invest in it? It has an i5 750 processor and 8 GB RAM. I have a spare 200GB HDD, and storage is the one thing that I can imagine investing in. It will inherit an old AMD GPU (either a 270 or 5850.) No monitor though one can be found to configure it and I might be able to get my hands on something from work.

Building it up "just because" if you have no use for it is a waste of time and money. I understand the temptation as I look at my ancient Athlon A64 X2 and Core 2 Duo parts sitting in the junk closet, but for things like a router or LAN storage or HTPC there are better solutions that are smaller, possibly silent, and use much less power.
