What would you do in this situation?

I bought Zelda for the Wii off ebay a week ago. He has yet to ship it so I contacted him yesterday and he said that he will ship it tonight or tomorrow (which would be tonight). Now I just got a message from him asking if I would resend the funds to a different paypal account 9after he refunds me) saying that his current one was locked and he can't get to his funds. I asked him why it was lock; he said it was due to inactivity. Something doesn't feel right here.

I am kinda mad because this game was going ot be a gift for my cousin this Easter....now it's no good.

Any input would be great.

Sounds fishy, but for some advice, never EVER buy someone's gift from someone on Ebay for this exact reason.

Not a chance.

Not a chance as in not doing it? and making him ship it?

Not a chance in doing it. You won't be covered under eBay's buyer protection policy, and more than likely the new paypal address will be unverified/unconfirmed.

If you had the game physically in your possession, only then would I even consider sending it somewhere else.

Fishy....get your money back and find something else for your cuz. Or give him an IOU for the game.
