No, but you stated "employee can be fired for any reason, and then employer have to pay umemployement". My argument is that an umemployment benefit isn't automatic.

That's all true, but you have to be careful--discrimination is still a biggie that will get you sued. For example, firing a woman who tells you that she is pregnant is illegal. You can fire someone for any reason but it can't be the wrong reason.
