I'm bummed to say this has actually happened to me (depending on how you define the word "cheat&quot. I'm much too lazy to try revenge on either of them, so I told them both to shove off. The worst part is when your ex-girlfriend comes back to you telling you what loser your ex-best friend is, and begs you to take her back. It just makes you even more annoyed.

This is exactly right. You actually find out at moments like this who your friends really are.

This is one of those situations, you just don't know until you have been there. I always used to say I would dump any man that cheated on me, until one finally did. I stayed with him for a year afterwards, until I finally woke up and realized what I was doing to myself. But as for what I would do now? Kick his sorry ass to the curb, I have learned my lesson.

I've told one of my friends, the only one that I could see actually doing something like this, that if I caught him cheating on my girlfriend that he had better run fast and run far. When I caught him I'd beat the living daylights out of him.

We've come to an understanding, he won't steal any girlfriend of mine, and I won't beat him. Seems like a win-win situation.
