You won some money in an online casino and they told you that you had cashed thier check which you never recieved?

Go straight to the BBB and file an on-line complaint. Just make sure you have as much "evidence" as possible. I had to do this once and w/ the help of the BBB, my issue was resolved in a quick and timely manner :)

I'd ask them to show the video tape of my cashing that check in. They have all of that on tape.

Edit: oops... so this is online? better contact BBB and or small claims court.

playing online casinos for cash is illegal in the USA. Just becareful when you present this case to the BBB or other authorities. Goodluck, hope you get ur money back

That's what I was thinking. They should have a copy of the check after it's been cashed. Perhaps have them fax a copy to you???

Hate to say it but your probably SOL. Most online casinos are offshore of the US and Canada. Which puts them out of any jurisdiction of any small claims court. Would probably cost more to recover than you won any way. Suck it up as a loss.
