Ok, sold an item in Ebay. Didnt specify shipping since I dont know. He email me asking how much is shipping. So i gave him a like $10.50. He agreed. He didnt specify if he wanted insurance. So i sent him the package with tracking. Refunded him the extra money for shipping since it was only like $5.25. It was mailed thru USPS. Now on the site, it says its delivered. Now he is saying he did not receive it. The bad thing here is that i checked his feedback afterwards and he got 5 negative. One being a seller and he got a negative for not sending it. On his reply to the other guy, he said tracking said delivered, declined insurance. Now he's telling me he doesn't know what to do. I try to maintain a good communication with everybody i deal with. But this one, i got a different feeling im getting CON. What do you think and what would you do?

If DC says it was delivered, he needs to take it up with his post office.

yeah if he didnt get insurance then once it leaves your hands then its no longer your problem. ESPECIALLY if this has 'happened' to him before.

exactly. Even if he did have insurance it would not have helped. The package was shown as delievered. If he leaves you a negative, just post the tracking number in your response.

If he says he wants his money back, tell him you want the package back first.
