Yeah, either run Win2K and log off before leaving to pick up a date or a female friend, OR, have a hidden browser. I don't keep any links to anything objectionable, and I try to keep my history cleaned, especially before people come over.

You can't tell her that she can't use it. One time I just downloaded an entire desktop of porn and my date
and I were in my room. She asked me if I can use my computer and me remember all the filth on the desktop told her
some dumb excuse and she figured it out by herself. No you must not deny them you computer else they will assume that

Well, if it is a date or a good friend, I let them use my comp. Otherwise, I'm afraid they'll get their finger prints on my screen. A friend of mine decided she wanted to look at the guys on hotornot.com while a group of us were watching football. She found a guy and decided she needed to point to him on the screen. Left a nice, greasy smudge. She got cut-off from my comp shortly there after, and hasn't been invited over since. What can I say... I like a clean screen.
