Assuming I was an Admin:

- Establish a clear, pinned rules list for members to abide by and moderators to use to make judgements.

- Do away with secret identities of moderators.

- Add an "On Topic" forum which focuses on one topic a week and is heavily moderated to stay on topic.

- Mandate that all thread locks must have a reason provided for doing so in the first post.

- Elevate all long-time service providers to the forum (like dwell for his picture hosting service) to Elite Member status.
