Buy a house, keep enough to live comfortably off the interest, give some to my siblings, and give the rest to a good cause (not sure what)

Sell it, invest, never work a day in my life. Spend the rest of my days in sybaritic bliss.

Yeah, that sounds about right.

How are you going to secure world domination with fainting goats? I mean seriously, they will faint in the middle of battle. You need to cross them with xombies so when they faint their zombie senses take over.

1) Depending on location - sell/sit on it to sell to a developer, depends on location. Something about owning that large of a piece of land would be very satisfying.
2) Use the land to farm and generate even more revenue
3) Build skate park, BMX track, motocross and 4 wheeler track, complete with a few RC monster truck tracks. Charge admission for them all of course. Can't forget to section a large area off for hunting; though then maybe 300+ 2 cycle motors would scare off good wildlife. Don't know. ;)

Something like this was mentioned in an episode of Dirty Jobs. Mike Rowe was at some pig farm near Las Vegas. After the episode aired, some developers apparently offered the farmer $75M, if memory serves correctly, for his farm, which is near enough to Vegas to benefit from its high land value. The guy declined the offer.

I would irridate it with depleted uranium just for the heck of it.

Or I would let it grow into a thick jungle, populate it with wild animals and charge people to hunt them.

Either way, I would piss off a lot of people.

End up losing it to the government because the species protection act found some rare dung fscking beetle lives there.
