Let's see.
$60K on 2 cars, a truck for me, mini van for the woman.
$10K to fix up the Trans Am
$200K on house.
$30K for spending money.
Buy 3 or for 4 $100-$130K houses and rent them out.
Invest the rest in bonds and other sources that have minimal risks.


Once the rentals are set even if I charged $800 a month i would be making $38,400 a year off of that.
But realistically, i think i would build a small apt complex maybe 10-12 units. Will cost more upfront, but would pay off faster, and build revenue quicker.
