What would you do if you are gifted a holodeck by aliens?

So you are bestowed with a holodeck by aliens visiting Earth. You are sole possessor of this marvel and no one else on this planet apart from you has one. It's well hidden in your basement and the govt cannot get to it either.

So what would do you do with the holodeck?

I would use it to alternate between a marvelous sunny pleasure island filled with holograms of the hottest females possible and one where I'm a general fighting great wars.

So which fantasies of yours would you bring to life with this marvel?
