What I meant is that unless the black hole reaches your current location, you would not be sucked by it.

at 1 MPH, it will take about 160 days until it reached everywhere on the planet. At around 50% growth, you would feel 50% of gravity's pull towards the center of the earth, and 50% towards the center of the black hole, which would be the radius of the earth off from the center of the earth.

Unless you were on the opposite side of the planet, you would feel some really strange forces. You could drive west twice as fast as you could east 😛
