So I bought a PDA back in Sept 2003 that came with a Staples warrenty plan. A couple weeks ago, it died and I had to call Staples tech support. I was told that the plan was registered to someone else, and that they did not transfer it over to me. I e-mailed the person a few weeks ago with no response, and I have no other way to contact them. They (rontype1) have not posted since December and have no Heatware evals since then. Does anyone know of any way I can get in contact with him? I paid via postal MO and don't even have any of my paperwork from that any more. The big problem is that the warrenty expires in 7 days, ick.

Does anyone have any reccomendations?

did you try calling the school maybe? they have student directories there sometimes.
