Throw away the goose meat. WTF who eats goose? Frozen salmon filet kinda bad too. I would go to the store and buy a NY strip steak. Then I would grill that steak on a charcoal fire until medium rare, having used a dry rub like "Montreal Steak". I'd cook up sweet potatoes in the oven and some ears of corn, parboiled/slathered in oil and butter, then grilled on the same fire inside a half husk.

Easy:
Mayo-mustard baked salmon.
marinate the goose meat in the mustard and pan sear and then finish in the oven.
Salad with the lettuce, tomato and some of the carrots (easy Dijon dressing).
desert - french toast (bread custard) with the eggs, milk and bread.

This, except I would roast the carrots and have them as a side since there are no other side dishes to go with the salmon or goose.

Goose confit sammiches. Delicious! :awe:

KT

Edit: oh I missed the salmon. You could do a poached salmon with the milk and some spices and throw it on a salad to start or something. :hmm:

Is this a masterchef invention challenge?

KT sounding like quite the foodie using "confit" in a sentence. ;)

I am super unimaginative when it comes to making food, and probably just plain bad.

I would probably cut the tomato and eat slices with salt, and hardboil the eggs and eat them that way. Salmon fillet just needs to be cooked properly and can be eaten just as is. (I love salmon) The rest is useless :p

marinade goose thighs in salt and pepper for a couple of hours and bake.
Serve on bed of chilled lettuce leaves.

mayo mustard salmon as suggested above.

blend goose breasts, 1 egg yolk, 1 carrot to a fine paste, chill in fridge
cut off bread crust. cut bread slices into 4. Scoop goose blend onto bread, deep fry.

dice tomatoes, cook on stove for a few min then mix in 3 scrambled eggs, season with salt and pepper.
