What would work best to clean the inside of a dishwasher?

I just noticed alot of calcium and lime build up inside my dishwasher. Any ideas on what would work best to clean it up?

I use frozen lemonade concentrate once a month. Let it run for a bit and then before it drains the first time open the door a little so it stops and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then close the door and finish the cycle.

1 Cup of Lime Away. Run the Dishwasher empty of course, unless you have heavy mineral build up on your glasses, plates bowels, toss them in there too. This will not harm the dishwasher or your dishware. (NO silverware! Silver or Chrome)
