What would the Off Topic Forum be like if the year was 1993 instead of 2003?

I often wonder about that. I must confess, I find myself reading some of the threads here and catch myself saying "heh, teeny-boppers" or "22 years old...ass from elbow? Nope." Things of that nature.

This question is directed more towards those born before 1970...I realize that limits the total number of replies to 12 or so...but hey, you all can answer! Do you think OT would be any different if this were 1993 instead of 2003?
