what would I have to do to run PIA on win8.1 on a smallPC & feed that to a router

I want to run private internet access on a small PC that I built and have that connect to the internet and route all the house's 17 devices through that.
Have a router sitting on the other side of that PC to handle the actual routing so all that the small PC would do is encrypt/decrypt traffic.
Does anyone know what I am talking about and can help me please?

Configure your PIA account on a router running the Tomato firmware. (best option)

Or enable Internet Connection sharing on your computer and use that as the 'router' for the rest of your home.
