Say Britain gets a new King or Queen and that he / she decides to start partaking in the powers given to him / her by the constitutional monarchy for every nation in the realm.

Let us go further and say that this monarch is also crafty and knows the system very well, similar to when the tribunes of the Roman Republic started exercising all of their powers to the fullest extent from previously unused laws.

What exactly would be the reaction of the Canadians, and the other countries that share the same Monarch, even if the policies pursued are somewhat agreeable to the majority of the population or if this monarch was very charismatic, but now they have a "foreigner" that is directly trying to influence their government.

Modern royal families seem content with fame and fortune, rather than real political power, but for this exploration. Would it be the end of the monarchy if this hereditary office suddenly housed a very "hands-on" political figure? Would Canada and the other realms slowly grow closer together under the new ruler? I know that there is a premise that they do not get deeply involved as anything more than a figurehead, but what kind of can of worms would be opened if one desired much more?

Physically impossible.

The House of Windsor has been inbreeding for so long they make this guy look like an amateur.

Speaking of COW, it sounds like you're playing into his fantasies. Unless western society collapses I don't see any way in which the monarchies will regain real political power. The most they can hope for is being the spokesperson of a country on things that nobody disagrees over.

I don't think that the people in the UK would care too much. They have a very strong caste system that has been installed for centuries. I think that it would be similar to Lichenstein, where the people allowed the Prince to have broad powers. The majority will have no problem "peasantizing" the minority against its will.

You don't think that holding regular meetings with the Prime Minister is real political power? The influence of the British monarchy is tremendous. Influence, especially in a rigid society such as the UK, is extremely powerful.

And as I said in my previous post, a Western society monarchy threatened its people with selling its assets and moving to another country if they did not vote for the monarch to have broad powers. The brainwashed sheep voted for him.

Nothing would happen, The Monarchs get away with what we let them. The subservient always have the real power, they just have to say no. Have you never played any servant-master role playing games ;)?

If my minion disobeys me, I take his soul and imprison it with the others that cross me inside the amulet I wear near my black heart. Then, I use the mindless husk for manual labor.

Luckily our monarchs do not have that ability.
