Yes you can be charged with several crimes. The ones that come to mind off hand:

Committing a terroist act.
Inciting panic/riot.
Disturbing the peace.

Yep. Many locations have similar laws. I should know, because I almost got in trouble for wearing a Spider-Man mask around when it wasn't Halloween.
