It will evaporate and the fumes will travel to a source of ignition and there will be a flash fire that will burn the hair off your scrotum.
Cheers!

Actually I have an old microwave and may well do just that.

You may want to reinforce the microwave door with something, like duct tape on the outside, just incase it blows too quickly after starting it up and sends shards of glass/plastic flying out of the microwave directly at you. Otherwise, if you do it outside in a fire pit or something, I'd be interested in hearing about/seeing the results of your experiment![]()

The gasoline will vaporize however I doubt there would be an explosion. There would be a flash upon ignition but that would, more than likely, be all that would happen.
Gasoline does not burn, per se, but it ignites. If you douse your house in gasoline and light it, the gasoline vapors would ignite but it is the other combustible material that would actually burn. A significant amount of gasoline will remain after the house is burned.
Again if you did the experiment I think the gasoline would vaporize and ignite due to the static electricity or the light bulb or whatever but unless you have other combustible material there should not be a fire much less an explosion. The microwave is probably not air tight and the pressure inside the microwave is probably not great enough to produce an explosion.
I dunno, maybe it could but I doubt it. That being said, no way in hell am I going to try it.
