What would cool better? crome orb or regular hs for video card?

i play counter-strike and i think that my vid card is overheating, its warm to the touch after i play.

i experence some lines through the game sometimes and a dely when i move around. (i cant see the other team for a second, even if there right in front of me)

so should i take off the hs on my ATI radon LE ??

what would provide more cooling? and by how much?

there seem to be some capacitors on the left of the heatsink in the picture, that might be bad for a crystal orb. I think a small fan or an 80mm fan on a bracket will solve your problem.
 
Yeah see the capacitor on the top? kinda in the middle?

That fell of and is now on with duct tape.

My brother has the blue orb on it (same video card) but he doesnt play games

And what is this 80mm fan bracket you speak of??
