Wondering if I can get a motherboard with the following features?

1. ATX form factor
2. Jumper less - with mother board parameters configurable through BIOS
3. CPU voltage adjustable from -.3v to +.3v (about the nominal voltage) in increments of 0.025v
4. FSB configurable while CPU is running (a sys tray program could change the system performance)
5. Read CPU temperature using on-die diode of CPU
6. On-board 5.1 audio with optical and/or coaxial output. (should be able to disable from BIOS)
All the standard (audio) connectors (Line-in, Aux-in, CD-IN, Mic, Game-port)
(Audio should have THD and Inter Modulation less than 0.1% and should have a flat response from 10Hz to 100kHz)
7. On board RAID (should be able to disable from BIOS)
8. On board 32 MB video (should be able to disable from BIOS)
9. On board LAN (should be able to disable from BIOS?)
10. On board Modem (should be able to disable from BIOS?)
11. Two IEEE-1394 ports (one should be able to be wired in the front panel of the case)
12. Eight USB ports (at least 6 should be USB 2.0)
(two USB 2.0 should be able to be wired to be in the front panel of the case)
13. One parallel and one RS-232 ports
14. 5 PCI, 1 CNR, 1AGP port

(Not to talk about stability and performance, because without that it won't be perfect anyways)

Does that form a perect mobo?

hehe free...

my vision of a perfect mobo would include
?jumperless
?integrated scsi raid, lan, firewire (dual), usb 2.0 (at least 4 total).
?read cpu temp
?on board lcd error display (like the one epox has to diagnose errors)
?able to fully manipulate cpu mhz & voltage, memory mhz & voltage, agp & pci rates

my vision of a perfect mobo (mini-atx) would include (for a small setup for something like a mame dedicated machine)...
?jumperless
?integrated ide raid, lan, firewire, usb 2.0, 64 meg geforce 3 (is geforce 4 asking too much?), and ALC650 for sound (i think it's 5.1)
?on board lcd error display
?able to manipulate cpu mhz & voltage

but i'm being a minimalist. for something like a mame machine i would care much to manipulate every little option like how i would my home machine.
