What would be the best/simplest way to keep record of the business conversation?

I am not always on same computer when I am working, but I do have web access most of the time.

I originaly wanted to create some type of small forum (for just myself) to keep the new issues organized and to update them when solutions come up.

what would be the simplest way to do this?

are there free forums? I dont need alot of space.. it will be less than 2 mb at most... if it does get larger, I can back it up..

just thinking..

get yourself some really cheap hosting and use phpBB
