What would be equivalent to a Mobile P4 532 today?

Would a Pentium M 740 1.73GHz be equivalent or much better?

A pentium-m @1.73ghz will be faster than a mobile P4 @3.06ghz in general, while using a lot less battery power.

I'm looking for insurance purposes so I have to try and find something that's very close to what I bought originally.
